•	Comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards and, where laws do not adequately protect the environment, apply standards that minimise any adverse or long-term environmental impacts resulting from its operations
•	Consider all aspects of the environment in its planning, development and operational phases of its activities and implement environmentally responsible practices and procedures wherever possible
•	Maintain an open relationship with Government and the community on environmental matters, and contribute to the development of policies and legislation that may affect the Company
•	Integrate performance evaluation and a system of continual improvement in its environmental management of its operations
•	Ensure that employees, contractors and suppliers of goods and services are informed of this policy and have management systems to identify, control and monitor environmental risks arising from their business with the Company.
•	The Company’s policies will be reviewed from time to time to ensure they remain in accordance with statutory and corporate requirements, encourage best practice, and drive overall planning, implementation and continuous improvement processes.
