Hon Keith DeLacy, AM Chairman Independent, non-executive director Hon DLitt, DUniv, BA, QDA, FAICD, FAIM Keith has extensive commercial experience. He served two consecutive terms as Queensland Treasurer and has served on a number of corporate boards. He has been Macarthur Coal Chairman since the Company’s public listing on 5 July 2001.   He was appointed to the Audit and Risk Management Committee on 18 February 2003 and to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on 13 June 2003.
	Roger Marshall, OBE Deputy Chairman Non-executive director BE, MAUSIMM, FAIM, FAICD Roger has extensive domestic and international coal industry experience covering management, marketing, finance and operational roles. He has been Macarthur Coal’s Deputy Chairman since 5 July 2001.  Roger was appointed to the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on 13 June 2003.
	Peter Forbes Independent, non-executive director FCPA, FCIS, FAICD, SIA (Affil.) Peter has more than 30 years of experience in senior financial and corporate management roles including 14 years as Deputy Chief Executive and Executive General Manager, Equities, for Queensland Investment Corporation, one of Australia’s largest wholesale fund managers. Peter was appointed as a Macarthur Coal director on 14 November 2003. He was appointed to the Audit and Risk Management Committee on 14 November 2003.
	Nicole Hollows Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director BBus (Acctg), Grad Dip CSP, Grad Dip Adv Acctg (Dist), GAICD, ACIS, CA Nicole was appointed in November 2006 having formerly held the position of Chief Financial Officer. Nicole has more than 16 years of commercial experience including debt finance, financial report, commercial negotiations and business analysis.
	Chen Zeng Non-executive Director BA (Economics), M International Finance  Chen is the Managing Director of CITIC Australia and has over 18 years of experience managing a number of business operations, corporate and asset restructures, and has developed several projects for the CITIC and CITIC Australia groups. He is also a director of the China Chamber of Commerce in Australia, CITIC Australia Trading Limited (appointed as director on 3 April 2002, currently non-executive director and Chairman since 14 May 2004) and Marathon Resources Limited (appointed 27 December 2006). He was appointed an Executive Director of CITIC Resources Holdings Limited on 1 April 2004.   Chen was appointed as a Macarthur Coal director on 23 July 2007 and was appointed to the Special Projects Committee on 16 August 2007.
